At BIZ FILES, all of our products are delivered digitally, meaning no physical products will be shipped.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased product will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Depending on the product, you may receive a direct download, a PDF containing your template/access instructions, or a Canva template link.
Digital Delivery
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of completing your purchase. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer due to payment processing or technical delays.
If you don't receive your order immediately, please don't worry. First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or social folders.
If you still haven't received your purchase, simply contact us at [your email address] and provide your order number and the email address used at checkout. We'll be happy to help you locate or resend your product.
